Tim Clark, eh? Too bad they couldn't go into more specifics, but it is Charlie Rose, not the Golf Channel. Now I'm definitely going to give the book a second look when I'm at B&N.;

It was interesting seeing how they were straddling the line - trying to make their point but not tick off too many people at the same time. Not possible.

I just recently noticed, Charlie Rose is on Hulu now if you're looking for a second source.

Here's the rumor: Sean Foley, Sean O'Hair's teacher, is teaching O'Hair S&T; straight from the DVDs. Sean is almost as close to the S&T; model as Charlie Wi... and Johnny Miller and a bunch of other people gush about how good Sean's swing is.

It goes to show what putting a label on something can do.

Yeah, thats what i was talking about. Wasn't there a Golf Digest or Golf Magazine article where they interviewed his instructor? IIRC they basically said everything about S&T except the works Stack and Tilt.

Nice interview. They looked a bit nervous at the start. I thought they did a good job of explaining that you can use some of the elements.

I've been focusing in on Pro player swings a lot since I've read the book. I see a lot of players using most of the principles. Especially, right leg straightening and spine tilt to the left at the top.

Critics are a normal occurrance whenever a new way of teaching appears. Just ask Copernicus, Galileo, Newton, Einstein, Hubble and Darwin.

ok, its just golf. not defining the principles that govern the laws of nature... during the interview, andy seemed a bit...intense? he had a bit of that "crazy guy eyes" going on...
