Fred couples and a few on regular tour are wearing a golf shoe with a white sole that seems more like a sneaker type of stead of the traditional spikes. I cannot find anything in shops that resemble this. Am wondering what it is and if it is as comfortable as it appears.

Don't know, but on the subject of comfortable golf shoes, best I've tried so far is a pair Nike Air Max Summer. Comfortable like a running shoe, stable like a golf shoe. I don't understand why there are so many stiff and rigid golf shoes.

Ecco's suck,,,had a $200 pair that the plastic sole cracked...sent them back to the factory...never heard a word...F...them

They looked like soccer turf shoes, they had little bumps on the bottom. They were not soccer shoes though, just the turf-like bottom.

Lol. I almost bought a pair at GG the other day because they were on closeout for about $45. Decided i don't need another pair of black and white golf shoes, though.

Has anyone bought these? They are to be worn both on the course and the street. Yet would the bottoms scratch(harm) your floors around the house?

I think we will see a change in golf shoes over the next couple of years. More comfortable and soft shoes are coming to the market, some even without spikes.
