I'm amazed at how he (Posnanski) says Tiger created a world wide circus. Tiger didn't create the circus, TMZ, Radaronline.com, the National Enquirer and every other outlet that fed into it created the circus. Sports Illustrated included. None of them had to take it to the lengths that they did, so with that in mind, I say his take on the commercial is crap. He's trying to stir more discussion and get his hit count up.

I find the commercial a bit creepy but I think it was an effective ad. Effective so much so that it really got people talking about it.

Well I heard it played on ESPN about 15 minutes before he teed off today. I think it shows some balls. I also think that might be the LAST time he goes there. New start. Past is the past. He is looking towards the future. (what the future brings nobody knows) But in general this is the last dig he is gonna give. Me thinks this comercial will not play over and over.

I personally don't have a problem with the commercial and like the idea. I can see his father saying those things to him at the point he is at right now. I have no sympathy for tiger but I like the commercial.

My thoughts exactly...i dont really care what he did,im a fan of his golf,not his personel life...

it was rediculous; they're trying to spin some good off of what he did. I was reall pissy about everything initially, but I beleive he's truly sorry for what he did, and I beleive he's earnestly trying to change things about himself... but the commercial? Obsurd!

I showed it to my wife this morning and she got a little teary eyed watching it. She knows the story about how he was always close to his dad and that he's dead now. She's no Tiger fan, but she does have a very close relationship with her dad and knows that one day she too will have to learn how to live life without him in it.

The commercial, IMO, has more than accomplished the task at hand. I view Tiger like I viewed Jordan. I recognize greatness, but am I an unabashed fan....not quite. I prefer to see someone give him a compelling bit of competition.

      I've been really absent all things golf since September but have been getting the bug lately.  Today in SE Michigan we have our first thaw of the year.  It is Sunny and 53 degrees and boy do I want to get on a golf course!  Spring is around the corner 🙂

      I assume you are posting 15 or 16 holes and letting the USGA algorithm insert projected scores for the missing holes. How is that going? Are the projected scores reasonable? I have yet to do this.

      You're right. I haven't really had an issue with this before, but it's definitely worth closing the legs a bit to see what happens. I've had 2 of these and never had this problem before. About 5 years of use between the 2. It's really odd. Yeah, I've always had a bit of inconsistency and misreads, but this is a new level. I did a baseline session last night, and all my of stack speeds had decreased by roughly 5-10 mph (with me throwing out the obvious garbage readings). Weirdly, the driver speed actually seemed to be right where I expected it. I guess maybe it's having trouble with the smaller head of the stack vs. a driver? Whatever it is, I think it's time for me to go with the stack radar.
