Paula played like a true champion after the bogey on #12. Her shots to the green thereafter were super. If she had stumbled a bit, NY Choi and Suzann were ready to move in. Great golf by Paula with the pressure of working to win her first Major. It is nice to see two Majors in a row won by Americans like Cristie and Paula.

I'm happy for her. The LPGA is really in need for a young star with personality and it helps that she is an American. I hope this is just the beginning for her.

If only Suzann Petterson's putting was a solid as the rest of her game . . . conversely if her long game was like her putting, she'd have missed the cut.

Paula played so smart (getting the '07 tapes from NBC was a coup - is that tampering by the network?!?!?) and hit so many clutch shots. It was great to see someone stretch third round lead rather than simply be the last one standing - kudos to the USGA for softening the course a bit for Sunday (i.e. distance).

I loved watching the golf yesterday...especially Paula!

I am glad to see her win again and I think it's great for the tour. They really need the young American players to shine.
