Adidas Approach cart bag. My club has some embroidered Titleist stand bags that look really nice and I've been looking for a stand bag for the days when I want to walk so I think I'm going to pick one of them up soon as well.

I have a 2009 Titleist Lightweight bag that I bought purely for the colors, and a Taylormade R11 Midsize Staff Bag. I mostly use the staff bag for club storage, at the moment.

Update:  My RJ Sports Ace did not last long.  The fabric on top began shredding within the first six months.  I will never buy any RJ Sports bag again.  It's a piece of crap!!!

I replaced that piece of sh!t with Sunmountain Hybrid.  I had Sunmountain bags before and loved it except the sponge in the shoulder strap got all bunched up and became useless after 3 years of heavy use.

Ping 4 series. New for this year. Best bag that I have ever owned.

It is also the equivalent to the Ping Mascot bag which can be customized for college and highschool teams or for clubs or any other purpose.

2010 BSG stand bag.  IMO the best of both worlds, being just about as bulky as i would be willing to carry as well as functioning very well when I use a cart.  Seems to be holding up pretty well so far.  My one complaint would have to be that when you are at the full 14 [or more, if going to experiment at the range] it can get pretty crowded. Overall I don't see myself getting a new bag for quite some time.

II picked up one of these this year - a "Sunday" bag with a Viagra strap! No stand, but when you put it down, the strap stays erect! Easy to pick it up off the ground. Extremely lightweight, good for up to 14 clubs (but you will probably prefer less. The "Moonlight II" from Ping.

I have been riding a lot lately and love my new bag (Last seasons Ogio Chamber) The silencer keeps your clubs from banging together and you can even hold it upsaide down and the clubs stay put (Why would you? But hey you could!)

Just ordered this same bag in the limited edition chrome and red. Pretty pumped to try it out. Right now I'm using the callaway razr stand bag but the set up on the cart doesn't really work well for me.

    • Wow, glad you're alright and didn't suffer any long term consequences.
    • @iacas, is this a 3 or a 4 in stroke play? Someone mentioned earlier about "forces of nature" and I was wondering if that is in effect here. I just rewatched the bird situation from the 98 players on YT, and the ruling was "ball moved by an outside agency" and the ball should be replaced as near as can be. If this isn't that, what makes it different? If the ball came to rest, and wasn't overhanging, would the stroke be completed, or is there something else going on when it comes to stroke play?
    • Yeah, ouch, no kidding.  Did that a few years ago. Was alone at home in the backyard hitting in to the net on a weekend afternoon. Took the ricochet square on the nose bridge, blacked out for a about 30 seconds (I think). IIRC, this was an IZZO net and the ricochet was off a black tie strip running across the net that wasn't as shock absorbent as it should be.  Got up all woozy and wobbly, tried to open door to go inside the house, blacked out again when tried to focus on finding the door handle, fell in the flower garden next to the door, came about after what I guessed must have been a few minutes, managed to get inside the house laid on the couch for an hour and then was ok. The nose bruise spread across the cheeks below the eyes where it lived a few weeks. I explained well meaning/concerned/inquiring folks what happened but I am sure some made their own assumptions..😁
    • I totally agree with Brooks, and I don't think he's alone. I always got the impression that Tiger hated the RC and would've skipped it if it was in any way possible considering the optics. I would skip it if I were Brooks.
