During the Bungles game, if I'm not mistaken. I was thinking I'd play afterward at my local Miami Shores around 4.

Hope you enjoy your trip @Slice of Life . I burned up my last weekday golf round, yesterday. Weekends only for me for awhile.

I'll be in the Dayton area a couple of days next week if anyone is available Tuesday afternoon/evening for 9.

I could probably do Tuesday after around 5.

Unfortunately unless you golf somewhere within an hour of Lima I wouldn't be able to make it by 5.

According to Bing Maps, Lima is 1 hr and 12 minutes from Dayton. So if we can find a place about a half an hour north of Dayton, maybe we can make it happen.

I see "The Moose" or "Shelby Oaks" off of 75. But I don't know the area at all...so I'll leave it up to you guys. 5 PM on Tuesday should work for me.

I can always try to get out a bit early. I typically have some freedom there as long as nothing has gone awry on the network.

Yeah just let us know. I've only played a couple of courses out that way, so if you guys have any recommendations, I don't mind going a little out of the way.

@Jeremie Boop and I played Shelby Oaks once. It was a decent if unspectacular course. Of course, a lot of courses get jammed up with leagues at that time of day.

I know my league is finishing up, not sure about the leagues down that way.

Well, I'll leave it up to you and @CarlSpackler

If you guys can agree on a place around 5, let me know and I'll be there.

My golf league (it's not really a league as much as a bunch of us getting together to play 9 holes) has open spots at Kittyhawk. I can call some of the other courses to see if they have leagues going on tomorrow.

I'd be fine joining for that since I haven't heard from @Jeremie Boop

That's the place with like 36 holes, right? Pretty sure I've played there a couple of times.

Wasn't anything to hear from me, since I just needed to know where to go to find out what time I needed to leave. I think the place actually has more than 36 holes. I played eagle before, longer course.

I wouldn't count the par 3 course :-D

54 if you count the executive course. ;-)

If you get a time around 5:15 or so it should work out well for me to leave work and get there. It takes just over an hour to get there from my work.

I'll check on other places. Our tee times start at 4:40 and there is another league behind us.

    • Day 305 - Grip and backswing work. Full swings were bothering the hip a bit.
    • Day 56 - 2024-11-15 Light day. Lots of catch-up work. Checked the grip to make sure I wasn't compensating there, and did a little backswing work.
    • Day 197 (15 Nov 24) - Played in the Friday men’s group outing - blustery conditions in play (wind gusting 10-20; spotty pop up misting rain; temps in the mid 50’s), so it was a good day to work on course management.  Solid round of 83 (41/42) - 7 GIR, total 32 putts - included 10 pars (3 being up and downs), a dbl and triple bogie.
    • Have been on a mid to low 80’s roll of late - today was no different with an 83 (41 front / 42 back).   Played in the Friday men’s group outing - blustery conditions in play (wind gusting 10-20; spotty pop up misting rain; temps in the mid 50’s), so it was a good day to work on course management, delivering 7 GIR, total 32 putts - included 10 pars (3 being up and downs), a dbl and triple bogie.  Local course starting to get that winter feel - wet areas wetter, thin grass thinner, greens  trickier.
