I booked myself a tee time at Beavercreek on Saturday at 3:30pm. Through their website it is $35 dollars with cart. Probably could have called them. The rate is $35 after 2:00 pm anyways. I had to give my credit card information and agree to a 24 hour cancellation policy. So I have no idea why I did that, oh well.

I always wanted to play the course. I am thinking of getting a membership there next year. Thought, I at least play it first :-D

Looking for some people to join if they want to.

I may be up for that. It's an aeration special isn't it.

My mum's house is like two plats over from there and I've never played it. Besides the normal $50-plus price, I've heard its a pretty tough course and you've seen me play. ... Even if it's punched, getting a look at it might be worthwhile for $35.

No, that is their typical after 2pm price.  Hmm, maybe I should call them though to see if they have aerated their greens. I would rather play it some other time, when the greens are not bouncy. Let me get back to you on that. If they aerated, I will probably not play the course.

Just checked their blog, they aerated the greens yesterday and today. I'll wait a few weeks to let them grow back in. So no Beavercreek this weekend.

Yea, just checked their blog. They keep updates on course maintenance. They aerated them just yesterday and today.

They've always dropped I. The afternoon and even further at 6PM. It used to drop to $22 after 5 which was awesome in the middle of the summer.

      It’s possible the graphite shaft has a small internal crack or a delamination. Tapping it and hearing a vibrating sound is usually a sign the shaft isn’t behaving as it should. Since the store wasn’t helpful, consider taking it to a club fitter or a pro shop that can check the shaft flex and integrity. If it’s defective, you might be able to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

      It’s interesting how much a 3D system changes your understanding. Observing top players in full detail and realizing the trail knee shouldn’t fully extend is a great example of why being open to new info is so important. I like your approach: not trying to be “right,” but trying to teach correctly based on actual evidence. Makes sense why golfers would benefit from this perspective.

      I would say both are equally not the best for golf. Is it better than nothing, sure.  Golf is an athletic motion. Professional golfers are doing a comprehensive workout routine focusing on strength, power, flexibility, stability. They might include some yoga into the routine. I would put both of them in the recovery bin, not golf enhancement bin.  If you want to increase swing speed, core strength, longevity in golf and life, then lift heavy weights.
