Can anyone confirm the $79.99 + another 25% off at Dicks on the S2 FW's?

I just called and they have some stock of them left but he said the clearance price was $79.97 but never mentioned anything about an additional 25% off.

after going over to Dicks, the salesman said the extra 25% sale ended Sat night.  He said that could pop back up though to keep checking back.

I'm a good ball striker with irons but I still can't hit my driver consistently. I decided to replace the driver with a 3 wood. For the last year I have tried to make the 3 wood work for me off the tee. When I hit it well I get almost the same distance as my driver. But I'm also inconsistent with it. I'm now using a 5 wood on tight holes and hit it much better. So right now my bag has a driver for holes with wide fairways, a 5 wood for holes with narrow fairways, and a 7 wood for  long shots off the deck. Seems to be the perfect combination for me.

I don't like 4 woods. Don't really know why.

I just replaced my Mizuno 3w with a TM Aero Burner 5W.  I hit new 5W as far as I hit the old 3W.  I never had any difficulty hitting the 3W from tee or deck, just wasn't over all as useful as the new one.

One of our area pros - a big hitter - dumped his 3W in favor of a 5W. He said he hits the 5W right about 250 yds high and soft, rather 250 to 280 with varied trajectories for the old 3W.

My son swears by his TM Burner 5W. He teed off with it for an entire golf season and half of the second one as one of the scoring members of his high school varsity team to take their league champions two years running.
