Maybe Couples is a hockey fan - just drop the gloves already Joe - get your side fired up!!

For God's sake, will someone please refer Tiger to a good tailor? The "parachute pants half-stuffed inside an old pair of sneakers with spike glued on" look is not flattering, to say the least.

Tiger's one of the better dressed players in golf. I haven't seen anything wrong with his trousers.

In other words, have you seen Ernie Els' pants?

They both have a bad case of baggy britches going on right now; it's very mid-90s of them, and it certainly contrasts with the younger generation's slim-fit slacks.

Now, allow me to bring this thread back on track by saying that Kooch is rolling them in today.

Pretty sure Tiger is wearing rain pants over his actual pants.

How long until the name Tiger Woods becomes synonymous with the lip-out birdie putt from 15 feet?

Four Ball and foursome recap, enjoy! ;)

Btw, Tiger one of the better dressed?!? I would personally put tiger in the medium low part of the ranking with Kaymer, Donald and Scott on the top. Tiger dresses more or less like the other Nike guys: don't see that much difference compared to Cink, Schwartzel or Francesco Molinari (imho)

I couldn't care much less about fashion. If I can get out of the house without embarrassing my wife she's happy.

But Marty Hackel and people who supposedly know fashion have said for years that Tiger's one of the best dressed people on the PGA Tour (in golf clothes). I'm just re-stating what they've said, because again, I don't really care much - I care just enough to notice that Tiger never looks BAD.

And yesterday it was clear he was wearing rain pants.

Not a Jimmy Roberts fan, but his piece on Australian golf was pretty good. If only he could do more of those. I still tune out his interviews though. :-)

So? I have no idea who Marty Hackel is and I stated my opinion which is that Tiger is for sure imho not one of the best dressed: he is not bad dresses either, but he does not imho stands out, just average and similar to the other Nike guys I said before. How about going back to the President Cup?

Rain pants? Did I say something about rain pants? Don't think so...

Tiger dresses very well. Many of the Euro players dress well too.  Personally I play naked.  And my muffin top scares my opponents so I win more matches than my stinky game should.

It doesn't take an expert on fashion to know Tiger is one of the best dressed players on the PGA Tour. Imho, his look does stand out.

    • To flog this subject even further, if that's even possible, this article from Golf Monthly just appeared today in one of my news feeds. Written by a golf writer in the UK who I never heard of, he's basically saying that there should be only 3-5 rounds from the most recent 20 that should count towards the average and only competitive rounds should count. He claims the erratic scorers would have less of an advantage than they do now. He makes a lot of references to "club golfers" in the UK being the ones who are mostly dissatisfied. https://share.google/qmZZBEoJvOxHxJGil  In my experience with my league where we have golfers with indexes ranging from 5 to 40, looking at the weekly results from the past two years, I can detect no pattern that would substantiate the claim that the current system gives an unfair advantage to either erratic golfers (aren't we all?) or higher handicappers. Apparently though, at least in the UK, this seems to be "a thing."
