I'm looking forward to seeing what happens today. Rory, who just needs to shut up sometimes, is however good for entertainment value. He was talking about him being 1 for 2 paired with Tiger on the final day. They asked and he referred to his NCAA days when he beat Tiger by 5 the last round. Tiger won the NCAA's that year... LOL

I think this would make for good television. Rory really needs to back up his talk with strong play today otherwise he will just be another "casualty of war". I am not a big Sabbatini fan (he seems to walk around with a chip on his shoulder), but I'm all for a slug fest should one develop.

Well, with seeing the scoring results online I can say that it will be a pretty enjoyable day. Too bad I'm going to have to wait a little bit to see Rory's collapse on TV.

If this holds up, it will be time to come up with a new game plan for Rory. I wonder what will go though his mind the next time he ends up getting paired with Tiger in the final group? It must be frustrating ........

I hate tape delay. Same thing at last year's event, too. I drove over two hours to get home and they were on about the sixth hole... and they had, what, 3 playoff holes?

Anyway, ha ha, suck it Rory. I LOVE that he speaks his mind, but I'm a big fan of the old Dizzy Dean saying: "it ain't cocky if you can do it." Rory hasn't "done it."

It was more interesting to watch Romero's whiff, or Zach Johnson's snowman. Whenever I see Tiger leading by five or six shots with a few holes to play, it's time for me to change the channel.

      I flipped over to this tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. Anyone else watch? I picked it up during the golf relay event, but seeing these pros out having fun in alternative events was refreshing and entertaining. I’m sure it will be on in reruns in the next week or so, so I won’t spoil the outcome. Im curious what others thought of it. I’m recording it’s later airing to see the beginning.

      Day 37 (17 Dec 25) - nine hole round with my good friend.  We got paired up with a couple of the men’s group regulars as part of their shootout.  Started off with a wonderful quad bogie and then a dbl on three to be six over thru three holes.  Game went 180° over the next five as I shot one under (including a chip in birdie on hole six and four up and down 1 putt pars) for a net finish of five over. What could have been a really tough nine became a solid finish due to staying in the moment and not checking out.  Great day in course management and keeping perspective .
