I use to be a big Bulls fan back in the day. Then I really didn't watch NBA till Lebron started kicking up a storm in Ohio. I remember watching him play Football for St. Vincent St. Mary's against my Canton Central Catholic. He would come in certain plays, usually on a fade route.

Right now, if I had to claim any sort of fan base it would be for Cleveland.

I think if they can gel a bit more and actually play some defense they could be a top 4 team in the East. It's a long season, but I expect them to make the playoffs and could be a contender by that time.

Yeah, he's a freak of nature. As much as I dislike him, it's good to have him back. Watching the Cavs the past 4 years has been awfully depressing.

I think top 4 is a given, most likely top 2. It'll be Cavs/Bulls fighting for the 1 seed down the stretch. I give it about 10-15 more games before the Cavs are just blowing people out and going on 10 game winning streaks.

However, I don't think they have a championship team yet. They need better perimeter shooters off the bench, and another big. If they can trade Dion Waiters to someone for a big, and get Ray Allen to sign on down the stretch, then they'll have a shot. But right now, there's probably 2-3 teams better than them in the west.

Celtics fan. They're not going to do anything real, but they're a fun team. Thankfully Marcus Smart is only out a few weeks and didn't tear a knee when they had to cart him off. In terms of teams who could actually do something, I enjoy watching the Rockets. I'll be pulling for them come playoff time.

Rockets are looking strong. I just sense an impending implosion with the egos of Harden and Howard. They put themselves so far ahead of the rest of the team, that I think it may eventually cause issues.

Looks like Rockets and Mavs have improved themselves with the trades.

Lakers suck this year. Kobe should just retire.

I really liked Troy Daniels on the Rockets, but I think Alexi Schved could be good for them too in that Jeremy Lin-type role they've been missing this year. Brewer should fit well as a backup forward behind Ariza too.

I like Brewer, he had a 51 point explosion game last year against the Rockets. Schved seems like a smart player too.

I hope Daniels gets some playing time, he has a one of the smoothest jump shot I seen.

Dont feel to sorry for him, he still earning close to one million a season as minimal contract player.

Team sports like baskeball, hockey and football seems to be where all the money is, not golf

I think they will. Which is unfortunate for us...because if we can make it out of the east, I don't think we can hang with GS with all the injuries we have. Memphis would be a much better matchup. Even LAC...but right now we can't score 110 pts a game to keep up with the GSW. Not with Love out and Kyrie playing on 2 bad legs.

    • Probably since the golfer has to swing the club back and up. The hands have to move back and up. You can feel them go back and up just by turning the shoulders and bending the right arm, because it brings your hands towards your right shoulder.  The difference is if you maintain width or not. Less width means a shorter feeling swing path so the more you need to lift the arms. Being as someone who gets the right arm bend at 110+ degrees, it's 100% a timing issue. I am use to like a 1.5+ second backswing. It probably should be like 1 second at most. Half a second or more will feel like an eternity. I have had swings where I keep my right arm straighter and I am still trying to time the downswing based on the old tempo.  Ideally, for me, it is probably going to be a much quicker and shorter (in duration) backswing, while keeping the right elbow straighter. Which also means more hinging to get swing length without over swinging.

    • I'm currently recuperating from surgery, so no golf, but have been thinking about this quite a bit. This and the don't overbend the right arm thing. It's hard for me to even pose the position, so I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like it's impossible to have the right humerus along the shirt seam and not overbend your right arm, unless your hands are down near your hips. If the left arm is up at or above the shoulder plane and your right arm is bent less than 90 degrees, then your right humerus has to raise or your hands will get pulled apart. Your left hand can't reach your right hand unless either the right upper arm is up or the right arm is overbent. Is that right? If it is, then focusing on not overbending the right arm would force you to raise the humerus. And actually thinking further on it, if you do overbend your right arm, then you're basically forcing your upper arm down or forcing your left arm to bend. Since (for me at least) bending the left arm too much is not something I think I need to worry about, it means that the bend in the trail arm is really the driving force behind what happens to the right humerus.
    • I managed to knock off a 3, a 13, and a 15 a couple of weeks ago. The 3 was a 185 yard par 3 with a 6 iron to 12 feet. 13 was a 350 yard par 4, which was a 2 iron and a 9 iron to about a foot. 15 was a 560 yard par 5 with a driver in a bunker, 4 iron into the semi, gap wedge to 8 feet and a putt.
