If they're traditional plates its more like 500, but they look to be rubber so 265 is what I see. Not that it really matters.

The funniest part of it all for me was Rose's photo actually has the screw on bar collars attached.

the fact that they are rubber doesnt really mean anything...they are probably 45 lbs each plus the one on the ends which is probably 35 lbs.  they are rubber so you can drop them during certain lifts without destroying the floor and they are about twice as thick as an iron plate because rubber isnt as heavy....still a decent amount of weight either way though

What's in the bag:
Taylormade R15
Callaway X2Hot pro 3W
Callaway X2Hot pro 20* hybrid
Mizuno JPX900 Tour 4-PW
Cleveland RTX 2.0 50,54, and 58 degree wedges
Taylormade White Smoke putter

For me, once I started going all the way down, my knee pain went away.

Thanks.  I am going to copy this post to the Fitness Section.

It does matter if they are rubber or iron because our only basis for estimating the weight is visual plate size.  Rubber plates are typically thicker than iron plates of same weight, a bar loaded comparable sized iron plates would have weighed over 500.

From my visual estimate (we have rubber weights at my gym) going from innermost to out, they go 45, 35, 25. I don't know how much the smallest ones of different size on the end are. My guess is that they're 25s, which would make 305 total, very respectable for a dude his size.

    • It's going to be very difficult for the 2026 Masters to match the 2025 edition for storyline. I honestly don't know that anyone else in the field could match the story of Rory finally winning after so many years and the blow ups over the years, not to mention the career slam being completed. No one this year that I can think of is remotely close to that kind of story. Combine that with the attempts at blow ups last year (Double on the 1st, 13, 18 on first try) and the stunningly good shots that he hit in the final round (7, 15, 17, 18 on second try).  Full gamut: https://www.masters.com/en_US/watch/2025-04-13/17445961638226475/every_single_shot_from_rory_mcilroys_final_round.html
    • Let's kick off the 2026 Masters talk with… a look back at 2025 (coming soon):
    • Wow, so Europe named Luke for a third term. Luke Donald named 2027 European Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald named 2027 European Ryder Cup Captain Who will the U.S. name? I hope not Tiger Woods.
    • I am playing Arrowhead for the first time and I am pumped.  What are some things that I need to make sure and appreciate, for those that have played it before and love it? It has been a pretty dry winter so I am expecting rough to be forgiving which is nice and it will be playing much easier than it does in the late summer (I am assuming based on other colorado courses).  What should I make sure to not miss?
