I will mainly be watching Rory at Wentworth, I love watching tournaments in the morning and then golfing in the evening.

If the Crowne Plaza looks interesting on Sunday I'll tune in, I'll also be keeping tabs on it for fantasy golf reasons.

Not to change the subject but. I hope to be taking my dad to French Lick Indiana for Saturday's round of the senior PGA championship.

Not gonna lie, I thought about adding that...

Didn't the senior's JUST have a major? Do they have back to back majors?

Good question, toss-up for me so will depend on the leader board. Assuming the cream rises to the top in both, I'll probably divide my time equally.

Yeah, very strange indeed. I will be the first to admit that I don't follow the Seniors like I do the PGA tour. So when I heard that last week, Jeff Maggert had one the 1st Senior Major of the year, I was like really? I thought I was taking my dad to the first senior Major of the year in the PGA championship. Back to back Majors? I have never heard of such a thing. I had no idea that the Regions tournament was considered a Major for the Seniors.

Rory just finished his 18, was a sub-par round in all sense of the word. Long game was ok, putting was ok, short game was ok, I'll have to check stats on GIR, I know he hit quite a few fairways. He ended up -1.

Miguel Jimenez ended his round tied for the lead at -4. It looks like a really tough course out there today.

G-Mac looks absolutely terrible. 3 over after 3. He just missed a routine 2 footer. I don't think I've ever seen him do that.

Lots of rain in Ft Worth and Dallas right now ... so I would think Wentworth. Colonial will be delayed at times, as it is this morning.

The BMW is too damn early.

I arrive to work before 6am so I love it!

Padraig Harrington withdrew because of shoulder injury. He shouldn't have even teed up, he only played two holes.

Crowne Plaza tournament is still in delay.

Hahaha, Molinari waves goodbye to a drive.

https://twitter.com/EuropeanTour/status/601417079909163008

Speaking of Molinari, INCREDIBLE round today, -7 on a very tough course...2 stroke lead.

Note on Paddy, first withdraw in like 20 years!

I don't get the Golf Channel at this house so won't be watching Wentworth. I can pick it up on Sky sports over the internet but the quality is less than good. Plus I usually play golf in the morning anyway.

    • Day 107 - More pitching practice, playing around with trajectory.
    • Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word. Have Fun, iSank

    • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
