If Annika/Michelle don't belong in PGA Tour Events, Does Tiger?

I don't think the state of Woody's current game has anything to do with when, and where he should play. It's his name, his  past history, both good, and bad, on, and off the course that says he should be playing. Same with Mickleson, and a few others.

On another note, perhaps Woody should give LPGA tour a try. :whistle:

Huh? The guy won 14 majors and 5 times TWO years ago in some big events.

First, to the best of my knowledge, neither Annika nor Michelle Wie played in PGA events. Please correct me if I'm wrong. That having been said, I had no problem with them playing in the events they did, including ones that were primarily men. Michelle Wie even made the cut in one of them. I also don't think there's any reason Tiger shouldn't play, short of if he believes it's better for him to not do so.

You can't compare Michelle Wie with a guy that's won 79 PGA Tour events. Earlier in the year he didn't feel he was ready to play so he took a break. He got better about his game so now he's playing. He wouldn't be playing if he wasn't shooting good scores at home or in practice rounds. By all accounts he's stripping it on the range so the next step is to play in competition. Yeah it's been really bad but sometimes that's what you have to do when you're in a slump.

I was just being a little pedantic about the difference between the PGA and PGA Tour. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.

He put up a pretty good showing at the Masters. I think maybe he should play more. Start playing regular tour events where the pressure is less.

      Day 446 - 2025-12-20 Woke up early and got some swings in before teaching putting all day. Looking forward to doing the same tomorrow.

      Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.

      Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
