Favorite golf shirt

I have a lot of shirts. But I try to stick to white. ( No unsightly sweat stains). And with my favourite Under Armour and my second favorite Nike they are easy maintenance and really wrinkle free. Fall golf is time for turtle necks under wind shirts.

Adidas used to make a shirt called Formotion that fit like that. But why do you want it short??

Interesting that you like tight sleeves, I find when they pull during my backswing to be distracting, Nike is definitely the right shirt for you then.

Just preference, I guess...whenever I work out or run, I wear Under Armor type shirts, so I'm used to them.  Makes golf feel similar to other athletic activities, perhaps.

They're not skin-tight or anything, just tighter/shorter than most golf shirts I've tried on (admittedly, I haven't tried many since I've only bought these for the past few years).

Years ago my wife picked up a couple of Champion imitation micro fiber polo shirts from Target.

They were no frills,  solid color and loose and baggy.

I had a white, red, blue and black.

She got them for $19 a piece. They are like wearing nothing at all, and that is what I like.

I am now down to 2 as they are falling apart, worn out, filled with cigar holes, etc.....

But I wear them more often than anything else.

I still prefer cotton even though I live in the humid deep south.  If I wear a higher-tec shirt, I will often wear a cotton undershirt even in hot weather. I do have one Nicklaus I like ok.

My favorite shirt is an old all cotton black and white patterned Ralph Lauren Polo that is 4-5 years old.

the nike major moment line is really nice.  its expensive but can be had on ebay for cheaper.

i also wear a little bit of ping, ashworth, and UA.

the collar on the nike major moment line is awesome.  it has these little built in weights that keep it down.

All about the fit and feel. Never found a brand with consistent fit so the search for me is wide in the shoulders with sleeves long enough to reach the elbow and an even tapered bottom so it isn't baggy at the hip. Not a fan of rugby style cuts or modern fit where it is so tight it looks like it should be worn with jeans that make you waddle.

I've been buying the FootJoy Pro Dry shirts, the fabric is really comfortable, and there have been lots of colors and patterns I've liked.
