I have not been doing this drill but I want to increase my driving distance even more than I have this year. Just curious to see if there are any testimonials for this drill? Who has used it and what if any have you gained on your drives?

Wow not many responses, no one is doing this drill.

No, sorry. I'll worry about hitting it farther when I stop driving the ball onto other holes.

I include the medicine ball drill in with my regular workout focusing on the core, so it's hard to say if it has had any impact by itself. Certainly, it hasn't done any harm.

I do it at one of the gyms I go to. It has a cement wall I can bounce it off. It is a great core exercise. But I'm 55 now and I think it just helps me maintain. My swing speed is around 96.

You can do similar drill with flex tubing.

Lol, why not go for 2 holes over :) I've improved my accuracy this year, but on a good drive only get 230-240, on a really good drive I'll get 250-260, I'd like to get my average drive up to 250-260 and my good drives to 270's. So over the winter I'm going to give this drill and maybe one of the swing speed workouts that are out there a try. Worst case I stay in shape.
