I don't trust "anyone" to place myself in that situation.   If you've ever had extensive dental work, nobody in their right mind would volunteer for that!

I agree with this, though it still takes trust in the guy to not shank it hard right.

Just seems like a poorly staged stunt IMO. I like the Phil/Pelz flop better.
