My putting is absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately my instructor has moved to another state and we had only worked on full swing. My full swing I'm able to work on myself for now and probably for quite some time but I've had zero putting instruction.

My full swing is leaps and bounds ahead of my putting game right now. My last 2 full rounds of golf I averaged 2.7 putts per hole. Totally not kidding guys and gals, it's bad.

I've been focused and practiced on my own on my inside green and at my local practice green but I cannot seem to master a consistent stroke. I think it's something someone needs to take a look at from the outside and see what I may be doing wrong?

I could really use some recommendations for good putting instructors in the area (North Carolina). Last time I went out on my own to find one without a recommendation I wasted a lot of money. I don't even care if I have to make a drive. The strokes shaved will be worth it!

Thanks in advance!

There's an Aimpoint clinic up here in Northern VA here in May. Even if you find something before that, maybe come on up anyway? Play some golf with us too.

Update: Nevermind- I see you had a conflict! My bad.

I submitted a video of my putting stroke to Evolvr. Should have done it a long time ago.

Thanks. I forgot about people doing that. I'll look into doing that this evening.

If you're anywhere near the Greensboro area I believe that Rick Murphy is AimPoint certified.  I know he's a bit pricey but I've seen him doing clinics before.  I'm sure he would do a putting lesson that not only looked at your stroke but also gave you the basics of AimPoint as well.

Fairways and Greens.

Oh great. I'll definitely look him up. I like the idea of aimpoint but I think I need to first get my putts online and some more consistent distance control before doing the Aimpoint thing. I'll look him up, thanks! That name sounds familiar...
