Me too. 4 weeks in a row is ridiculous. Yeah, the foam roller would be more of a warm up tool and tension release than stretching. I always used mine before and after workouts to get the knots out. I LOVE mine!

This is why there are companies out there that transport clubs and many pros use them.

I wouldn't trust an airline with the tools I need to do my job. I barely trust them with my luggage.
