hello, while googling my problem, this site was near top of list with a seniors topic and it is exactly what I needed. 

I am a 60 yo with many years of enjoyment from this game.  16 years ago I had a pretty serious back injury and had to give up the game, or so I thought.  Anyway, I'm back at it - as a senior !  After  so long without ANY golf activity, I decided to get out the clubs; mainly just to see if I still had it, the coordination and such to hit it clean and crisp.  Dang, It's still there !  Several trips to the range at numerous of my old grounds, and I took the chance and played; hit the ball good and bad, did not keep score, did not have any physical problems (except the normal golf muscles finally being used) and got the fever again.  I blame this on HD tv and all the golf coverage nowaday.  HDTV was made for golf.

anyway, this place looks good and I'll be around, not too much into posting 'cept when I need to, and my original google question was about needing to get my long iron distances back, and I've already got answers to further investigate.  Thanks !
