Day 63- Grip and set up work. Also did drills regarding side tilt.

Day 1: Forgot to post yesterday. But today just worked on my backswing.

Day 51 (29 Jan 24)  - Continued work with club position adding vertical alignment rod to promote in to out downswing path.

Day 28 - Stack workout and some backswing work (shallower hands at the top).

Day 204: did a stack session. Did a little bit of work on downswing feels during rest breaks.

Day 33 - 1/29/24

worked on grip, alignment and stance. Then putted through 50 mm gates for about 30 minutes. Not my best putting session after several good ones.

Day 52 (30 Jan 24) - Worked thru the irons, easy pitches using hard foam balls focused on pre-shot rehearsal to reinforce club positioning at P2 - 6 - 8.

Day34- 1/30/24

Putted through 50 mm gates with modest success.  Planned on a Stack training session tonight but we received a foster dog and had to alter plans.  3-year old hound is acclimating nicely.

Day 457, January 30, 2024

Three hours downtown with @DrizZzY. Mixed up the backswing a little bit to be a bit more rotational early, hingey later. Will give it a few days. Not disappointed with the hits from there.

Day 29 - Mirror work, focusing on leading the downswing with my lower body. Working on hip tilt, as well.

Day 64- Grip and setup work. Backswing work adding side bend.

Day 205: did some mirror work, working on the same downswing stuff. Speeding it up a little bit, too, to convert it into the full swing better.

Day 1: played sim golf. Was fun. Good practice with hitting different clubs and seeing how my swing felt with a result tied in.

Day 35- 1/31/24

Stack Full Speed Spectrum training session. I was a little slow tonight. Our new foster dog was up most of the night and so was I. Hopefully, I will be faster next time.

Day 53 (31 Jan 24) - Continued with same drill I’ve been working - setup, cross check of club position in swing rehearsal, followed with some swings w/7i and hard foam balls.

Day 65- Set up and grip work as well as "helicopter" drill feeling side tilt.

Day 206: essentially the same thing as yesterday - mirror work, working on downswing stuff. Trying to speed it up a bit, getting the hands moving faster.

Day 30 - Working on my hands in the backswing. Filmed several swings while trying to find a good feel for shallower hands.
