Clear Golf Balls?

Recommended Posts

You know if you want to go all in on Clear Golf you can also purchase one of their $450 driver shafts that literally no one has heard of or tested.

I checked out their "Ambassadors" page. Of the twelve people listed, one has played on the PGA Tour, Skip Kendall, and I can count his Tour wins on no fingers. The other 11 are a mix of retired athletes from other sports and celebrities, but hey you're in luck if you'd like to play the same ball as The Bachelor!

Count me as skeptical as any of you.  But seriously, if this sort of shenanigan is going to work, golf is not a bad place to look for fools to buy their stuff.  Put that crap in a pro shop at a high end club with some slick promos, and it should sell.

I recently ordered a dozen to try and was wondering if anyone else has played the Clear golf ball. I've been playing the OnCore Elixir for the past 3 years and was looking to give something else a try. Have played the Maxfli Tour balls in the past and liked them but stuck with OnCore

I thought for a second you meant a golf ball that was quite literally clear. Like see through.

    • Under $20 is pretty… inexpensive. I don't know that it really matters a ton at that level. Even the Snell 2.0 is regularly $24.99 (but you can get it for $19.99). I'd probably go that route, but… I don't know what else is out there. I don't mind the Callaway SuperSoft… 😉  PRIME 2.0 golf ball Urethane for ALL! • Hi, I am looking for a good all around 2 or 3 piece golf ball at under $20/dz. My swing speed is over 90 and I hit my 8 iron around 150. I am a feel player so something not too hard or too soft would be ideal. Thank you
