Did you find this to be accurate? It was almost spot on. Few irons were off.

Thanks dude - that page is amazingly accurate. I don't hit my SW or LW that far, but otherwise, right on!

My Driver and 3W carry a bit shorter than calculator says, but my short irons and wedges are longer than calculator says.

As software preamble notes, it doesn't ask for lofts of drivers and wedges, or irons for that matter. For 5i and 6i, there's a big loft difference between Cobra S2 Forged (4 degrees stronger per club) and Mizuno MP-57 (more finesse lofts).

Calculator is interesting, but not that useful for me.

Focus, connect and follow through!

Seeing as wind/lie/etc are all going to play a part, that was pretty close to being accurate for me. Only the Driver was really out.

seems like the distances were pretty close to what ive been hitting, drive might have been a bit much, probably 20 yards farther than average, said 245, i average maybe 225, 240 for a real good one but the irons were all probably within 5 yards of what i normally hit them. 7 iron 150(spot on) 8 iron 139(real close) 9 127(close) and pw 116(about right)

It was close for the woods and long irons, but got off towards the 7-8-9, and wedges.

For the 9-iron, it was 15 yards off...about same for SW and GW.

The 4-5-6 irons were pretty spot on. 7-W was about 6-7 yards short per club. The woods/metals were pretty accurate for me also.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.

The woods were a little long for me, but the short irons were a little, well, short.

I'm not sure about the cleek or spoon distances, but the brassie was pretty much spot on.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

Well...you put in your 5i distance, it's not too hard to add or remove 10 or some yards for each iron and add some yards extra on the woods.

well, it got my driver, 3 and 5 woods spot on, but everything else was upwards of 15 yards off. for example, my 7-iron is typically 155, and the calculator gave me 144. PW is usually 115, calculator said 102.

My cleek and spoon were right on the button - must have been those custom-fitted hickory shafts I put in them!

Seriously though, the distances are pretty accurate for me and I guess should be for most golfers, as long as they are honest with themselves... The other thing I noticed was the difference between a 'normal shot' and a 'strong shot' only seemed to be 3 or 4 yards, usually a stong / pured shot will airmail the green, not just be 3 or 4 yards longer.
