What are the biggest differences that you noticed?  Are they both the same length, lie and loft?  Having owned both and used them interchangeably, it's hard to imagine such a start and definitive preference for one over the other.

My personal preference >>>>> Your personal preference

My preferences were custom fit. First they measured my prejudices and recorded my preconceptions. Then a suitable weltanschauung was meticulously forged for me and shoved down my throat under professional dialectic supervision. So there.

I would agree whole heartly, I have a Circa 62 #3 and a Redwood Anser, they are so similar not sure I could close my eyes, putt with them and tell the difference.  As a matter of fact last summer I was switching back and forth between them, during our league play one week I had an 11 putt 9 with one of the putters and the next week a 12 putt 9.

I even took them to a club fitter and had them checked for loft and lie, they were identical, 4* loft, 71* lie.

I have the Redwood anser and it is nice, but I've tried the Camerons and they're nice too.  I got it used so all I can say is a $95 Redwood Anser is >>> $250 Redwood Anser.  If I can get a $95 Scotty, then it will be good too.

The Scotty I owned was a pro platinum.  The thing that really put me over the edge was the weight.  There is nothing wrong with the Scotty, I was in love with the thing until I picked up the Redwood for the first time.  It just feels so smooth with my stroke.
