Have you tried this @iacas?  I know you’re not real big on training aids unless they’re pretty solid.

I have one and used it with a couple students.  They say you can’t throw the hands out but you can a bit.  So, I use it mainly for slow swings as it helps with good visual positioning.

Wouldn’t devices like this hinder your natural athletic ability and speed? Seems contrived.

Maybe, but for people who do it "wrong" sometimes being shown how to do it right can open some eyes.

A lot of people's "natural athletic ability and speed" leads to 22 handicaps or whatever.
