I liked him. It has to be a grind for the announcers too. He lived out of a suitcase his playing career and did the same thing here. I hope he doesn’t go the LIV route.

Hopefully Faldo is serious about retiring to a farm and fishing, not joining LIV Golf. Very hard to imagine Faldo answering to Greg Norman as the boss.

I can't imagine working for a boss who is still mad about something that happened between you two in 1996 that wasn't your fault.

Besides that, they were rivals during the peak of their playing days. If I won 6 majors and the other guy won 2 majors, I wouldn't want him to be my boss. The fact that Norman has a giant ego does not help matters. Look at his "brainwashed" comments on Rory McIlroy. Greg Norman is at least part of the reason Tiger & Rory have turned down this Saudi project.

Faldo has outside business interests and the dude works a lot. He's been on multiple networks and is often calling pretty run-of-the-mill tournaments on Thursdays. That's a lot of travel. I'm not surprised. I've often been surprised that so many of these guys have been at it for decades after decently long playing careers. There must be some great camaraderie on these traveling crews that keeps them coming back.

I'm happy to see him go (and I wish he'd take Azinger with him). I'd prefer they tried Dottie in the booth but that probably won't happen.

I have always been a Faldo fan and have held in him in high regard as a player and an ambassador for golf. He can get a little too cheeky at times, but he calls it pretty well. I think his last comments on Brooks were on the money. I am sure we have not seen (or heard) the last of Sir Nick.

I like Nick, wish him well. He had one of the greatest lines ever when he thanked the press from “the heart of my bottom” after winning the Open Championship.

      Yeah - I'll keep an eye on that - I've been across the line for about forever, so I assume that I want to overexaggerate the laid off bit to get it closer to square when I take a real swipe at the ball.

      First swings at after a 2.5 month forced hiatus. No surgery in the forecast at the moment! Doc said okay to start easing in gently over a few weeks. The effort is barely 30% here but felt solid.  I think my swing changed a few years ago after my right ankle injury (weight shift profile). I wonder if this may bring about another change. I certainly won't pivot on to the knee (left) aggressively any time soon, if ever. Could even be a good thing..heh.
