If a group is put on the clock and they keep playing slow, will a penalty hit them both equally, even if one player is sluggish and the other fast? I know they don’t deal out a lot of penalties, but it could happen.

I still don't "like" him, and he has said a lot of stupid shit over the years, recently about the LIV stuff and the OWGR, etc.

Hit a great long iron, it looked to get a great kick forward, only for Pinehurst #2 to give him the finger and the ball ends up in that crap lie. Just bad luck there.
