These are my range pickers: They can catch most shots midflight (I use special doggie golf balls, they're like tennis balls but white with dimples and they go maybe 30 yards).

I need to update my sig.

I found a ball last year during a scramble here in AR that had the same "Hieroglyphic" ball marking on it. My first thought was that someone put WAY too much time and effort into marking his/her golf ball.

Acetone and acrylic paint is all you need. I'd stay away from steel wool, it's not necessary.
