I gave up lots of distance with mine, but it has been worth it. The distances are much more consistent for me.

Eventually, I hope to be able to really hit them

No you assume I am lying because, you are the kind of persons that has tunnel vision. I am sorry but I cannot and will not believe you having fun in real life when your post are filled with hatred and anger. You not believing what I have to say does not bother me much but you attacking my character on a forum that I am still new to and attempted to let people know my game and learn there's is disgusting to me. Sure it might be immature of me for calling you out on what a possible flaws you have in your life. But, you are just bringing it on your self with your rotten post. I am going to walk away from this thread like the bigger man. And just not really care you have to say on these forums anymore, many others have already told me how much of an arrogant prick you are and I will leave my thoughts on you as the same. Enjoy your day sir, and hopefully you get all your issues sorted out and can soon or later live a life that is enjoyable for you.

I like to do a light 9 iron for a par 3 around that distance always gets me within 10 feet. (163 yards for those who haven't read our outraged newcomer's  boast.)

But you are lying.

The above is what you wrote.

You can't get away from it.

You aren't "calling me out", you are just digging a deeper hole for yourself.

My conscience is perfectly clear. :-)

Maybe I'm just easily impressed.  I have to hit a 6 or best case scenario, a 7i to get there.  I don't consider myself a long hitter at all, probably average, I average 140 and max out around 145 with my 8i.

135 for me. I'm impressed, but it seems like everyone hits past me.

Shorty.  Awesome.  You're saltier here sometimes than I think is necessary, but there's no such thing as too salty in this case.  What's the tour average for distance to the pin on 163 yard approach shots from the tee box or fairway?  All the tour pros are inside 4 feet ALWAYS and hole it out something like 10-20% right?

Just like we're supposed to believe consistent driver carry of 320+ yards, right?  There are long drive champions in the past couple years who won the finals with drives < 350 yards.  And that's when they only have to hit the "fairway" once out of six tries.  So this kid hits it just short of long drive champion distance but keeps it playable often enough to play off of a 4?

It's just so transparent that his increasingly vindictive defense is just childish and pathetic, not even angering.  Seriously feel like I'm reading a transcript of a fight between adults and an 8 year old.

With a few clowns in between the bull and the matador every now and then? :-) BTW, I think he claimed 275+ carry.

I would like to hear savosean comment on his "always inside 10" comment after hearing what the tour average is; would you like to reevaluate Savosean what does someone's pen**. Have to do with anything. Why are you even thinking about shorty's "shorty"??!!!!!!

135 for me. I'm impressed, but it seems like everyone hits past me.

I was hitting about 15-20 yards less with my previous irons. These have easily added 15 yards+ to each iron, but I heard that may be due to the loft on the club. Either way, I'm just thrilled I finally have an iron in my bag that I can touch 200 with. Even though I barely get there.

Back to the original subject, when if first started playing, and would swing out of my rectum, I would have the occasional drive that would go 300, and I was WELL over a 20 at that point, so it's possible for a hack to occasionally hit that far, but it definitely wasn't my average.

Now I swing much under control, and at best can maybe get to 270 (with roll).

That is thrilling, I need hybrids for those distances.
