Player dislikes:

Faldo - yes, he was a great player but never liked him and his false humour (please, it can't be genuine can it??) is awful.

Monty - get a sense of humour why don't you?

Poulter - need I elaborate?

Wie - probably the bad advice she's getting but who do you think you are?

Commentator dislikes:

Faldo - see above re. attempts at humour.

Allis - used to be decent but heading downhill fast now and talks drivel a lot of the time.

Home Course: Wollaton Park GC, Nottingham, U.K.

This is not because I don’t like him - in reality, it’s not fair to pick on someone who is afflicted with mongolism. But doesn’t it appear as if Lee Westwood has a touch of the Down Syndrome. I mean, other than his highly skilled motor coordination, he ostensibly meets all the symptomatic features.

"Every man is his own hell" - H.L. Mencken

Players:

Davis Love III.- I will recommend him a mexican dish... "Humility Taco", his attitude seems to me that he feels that he is the best of all the guys... ok, prove it, but he don't.

Rory Sabatinni.- I simply don't tolerate him.

Comentators.

Diego Blejer.- (Spanish comentator) He just simply don't know how to translate.

Players:

Rory, Sergio, Woody : Bragger, Spitter, Cheater

Gary Player : I greatly respect all he did years ago, but it's time for him to go away.

John Daly : Ditto.

Christina Kim : She seems to think she's hot stuff; she's not.

----------

Announcers:

The NBC Announcing Team : I actually like most of the individual announcers (including Johnny, most of the time), but the crew as a whole is way too concerned with picayune details. Does it break 6 inches or a half-foot right? Is it into the grain or against the grain? Is the lie half-decent or average? Did I shoot a 63 at Oakmont or 8-under-par? (You get my point.)

Jim Nantz : Must every Masters telecast be preceded by ten minutes of saccharine pomp? Screw tradition and azaleas -- show me some golf.

----------

Journalists:

Tim Rosaforte : He treats all the trivial information he digs up as if it's earth-shattering news. "Gary Player called Trevor Immelman and told him to stay relaxed." Armageddon is here!

What's in my bag:

Driver: R7 CGB Max, regular shaft
4-wood and 7-wood: :: Launcher, regular shafts
4-iron to A-wedge: X-20, regular steel shafts56- and 60-degree wedge: forged, stiff steel shafts, vintage finish, MD groovesPutter: Circa '62, No. 7, steel shaft, 35"Ball: NXT Tour or ProV1(x)...

John Daly and Boo Weekly are not good for the game. golf is not football or baseball.

Keept the rooting and howling out of the course, please.

btw, i´m not fan of the Tiger fist pumps either, but hey, he´s Tiger...

Please don´t swing while I´m talking !!

Woody Austin - I'm still trying to understand how he "outplayed" Tiger at the PGA in '07... Watched the highlights of the tournament on TGC this week... Something is not right with that guy

Sabbatini - what a complete jackass Mark Rolfing - adds nothing to the broadcast Christina Kim - vomit Bluenoser67 comment about Lickliter is genius

zach johnson. after i pro-am, he was practicing putting. he told his caddy he was done for the day and was walking away. i asked for his autograph and he was genuinely pissed off, didn't say a word, kept walking, scrawled something not legible, and dropped the flag he "signed". jerk.

Hard to beat Sabbatini or FIGJAM (Mickleson's nickname - "F**k me I'm Good, Just Ask Me"!) out of the current crop of players. Anyone who doesn't like Harrington must be suspect, so Garcia qualifies on that score alone!

Faldo was an a**hole as a player and his cringeworthy attempts at humour as an analyst are pretty painful.

Peter Allis is getting doddery in the booth, but any man that can say "there's nothing like a good old 69" with a straight face is alright in my book!

I dont know what you guys mean about Paula Creamer? I have a crush on that hottie! She's the best looking girl on the LPGA! But anyway, I'm not a fan of Woody Austin or David Faraday actually. I know a lot of people like Faraday, but I just don't care for him. I respect everyone on tour though. Golfers are gentlemen. Even John Daly....

David Faraday was one of the Zodiac Killer's victims, I can't speak on him playing golf, but he can't really have much of a personality.

I really don't like tigers, it's pretty stupid, think how many people look up to him, so when he slams a club, breaks one, drops an F bomb, on his way to still winning 10 million dollars, think how many people see/hear that. People need to be better role models, for the money tiger is making, he can keep his anger private.

Yeah Faraday seems to be running on oil....but he's a hard worker thats for sure. Incidentally, I think the warmest personality would definitly have to be Tom Watson. He is kind and generous as far as I am concerned...a true person. Not like Aquaman...as seems to be the general consensus here. I think Woody gets the award for most knocks on this thread! Still wanna meet him though.

That's funny because someone I know who played with him in a pro-am thought he was just a genuinely good guy. I'm not going to make excuses for the guy, I just thought that was odd.

On the other hand, another person I know played with Rocco Mediate in a pro-am and apparently Rocco is a pretty arrogant guy himself. I learned this right after the U.S. Open and am happy that I rooted for Tiger.
