WOW!!! The first time I have ever read 21 pages of posts. Congrats on taking up about 20 min. of my day that would have otherwise been boring.

wow, your attitude sucks. And yes you are correct that a 41 for 9 is not that impressive. Certainly not the body of work that you post on a forum asking people if you can play on Tour.

And for you to keep saying that "Dude, I've only been playing a short time" and "I am an athlete", "I had D-III baseball offers, blah blah blah". To bring you down to earth a bit, my senior year of HS (age 18) I benched your deadlift stats for 5 reps, had D-I baseball offers, and had pro tryouts for the Brewers and Phillies. So no, you are not the superior athlete that you think you are. My advice for you is to continue with school and get your degree. Keep practicing golf, but please change your attitude. This attitude will not get you anywhere

Truthfully, I still don't understand what's so hard about golf. I had 3 birdies the other day in a round and I've only been playing a handful of months.

Slow learner... must not have been much of an epiphany if you can't apply what you learned about being a pro in tennis to that of golf

yep, keep trying to make urself feel good dude, it is unfricking believable. just cuz u cant hit the ball far doesnt mean u have to knock people that can. and i have hit drives over 320 yards rolling so dont tell me what i can and cant do.

I'd like to meet up with you for a round of golf, and see the look on your face when I put it out past you on every drive. You have made a fool of yourself enough already, you should just quit while you're ahead. I play off a 7.6, and you a ''12''. Why don't we meet for a round, put 1000$ down and I'll give you 5 strokes. Couple things I think everybody missed. Moderator shame on you.

1. This entire post should be on the Tour Talk section of this forum. This is a "Tour" related question, give it the respect it deserves.

2. If the OP has any hopes of making the tour, he should contact Chubbs Peterson for some lessons. I heard he is the best!

Okay well i will give some advise, Play in as many tournys as you can and play and learn the pressure. Start working with a coach and practice 5 days a week. If you can get your game in order and start shooting around par and sub par rounds then you have a serious shot of doing something with it. You dont need to be the next tiger woods just to have a fun and successful career or make a little money playing golf. Continue to work at school and push the golf 100%. Start playing with the best players you can find and bust your ass. You never know what can happen, just work hard and start playing amature tournys. my 2 cents

Hey yall im playing later today and i will post my score, ok so If i shoot worse than 5 over 41 i will be the first to tell u and i will probably play 18 today so that should make it better. thanks yall for all the positive support. I hope to be on tv one day and mention something of the sort like "yes i had a lot of naysayers, especially on this one forum, but i pulled through and it made me better for it" thanks brahs. ill post my score later today.

Well, this new development screams for some kind of prediction.

My prediction of what will be posted later today: Shot 39 over 9, making the handicap a clean 6. /or shot 79 over 18, breaking 80. Drove green on par 4. Eagled a par 4 Cleared the green on par 3 7th hole with 9I, making new yardage 180y Anyone else care to make a prediction of what will happen?

i must say i was humbled today as i shot 9-over 45, although i must say the wind was terrible (huge wind gusts) so I'm just gonna shake it off and live to fight another day u know brah. and hey we can keep this thread goin and yall can track my progress.

and as for the almost drove green on par 4, thats funny cuz i actually almost did that on a 359 yard hole dogleg left (I cut the corner). came up a little short and left, man that felt good brah.
