what happened to 56 out of 60mins of golf? or is that on fri and sat?

geez these two are playing some round.. i bet you phil falls 1 shot short coz of that double on 12

I sure am glad that CBS is limiting commercials... They had 8 in the past 25 minutes... WTH?

If they had none the previous 35 minutes... that's still 4 minutes of commercials. And bear in mind you could run 16 commercials back to back if you start them at x:56.

Can't believe Phil missed that eagle putt at 15!!!! That may have cost him the green jacket.

I think they're showing just about everyone in contention. We're seeing Kenny Perry and Chad Campbell. Jim Furyk's dropped out.

What is that flag the guy at the 18th tee keeps raising after a shot?

Likely one to indicate where the tee shot is headed (or that it's been hit), so that marshals up ahead can have an easier time spotting it.

I'm not sure I've seen what you're referring to, but that's what they do at other PGA Tour events. Sometimes it's not with a flag.

      Very cool to see how they work at that level. Do they get more, different or better data from their own equipment with all the cables than you do with GEARS? Both systems must be very useful in instruction, getting numbers on what is going on and not having to rely on slow-motion video footage from various angles. I saw it mentioned in another forum that some PGA pro was struggling with the swing, so they recorded new data, compared it to data from when he was hitting it better and quickly found the solution, like they did with Jamie here. I like how he used basic athletic motion to improve Jamie’s speed by jumping around and throwing stuff. I can see some pros getting lost in numbers and details, but if they got a good coach that deals with all that stuff and just tell the player what they need to so different, the technology has incredible potential. I also love how all the technology helps dispel myths and ideas people got from Hogan and Nicklaus decades ago. You can’t argue with data (as long as it’s accurate enough).

      They can’t pick players to highlight based on who’s a fan in here. I didn’t see that part, but it can’t have been that long? Bryson is fine, except for the LIV part. He’s more entertaining than many others and having some LIV representatives up there stirs the pot a little.

      Day 63: Priority piece work with 6-iron, half-ish swings (9-3), Mevo+ to check ball flight. Average path is a bit left (1.2 deg) and average face is open (2.9 deg), so mostly fades. Will need to work on face, but overall happy with how this is going. Also hit 20 balls for short game practice - 10 each pitching and chipping
