How do you keep your scorecard???

No, and we have no plans to support Windows Mobile. You only need two boxes on a regular scorecard - the manual shows you how to do it. That's faster than using your phone (we have an iPhone app - even I don't use it).

Maybe best one I've seen yet. But it can be a bit of a challenge to keep pace while keeping score like that sometimes, unless it's backed up at the tee boxes, then it's easy enough.

I keep track of fairways hit and which side I miss. Also keep track of greens in regulation hit and the number of putts. Have not been writing down up and downs or sand saves, but I can tell from the other stats if this happened. A par 4 which I hit the fairway, but missed the green and ended up with bogey I know I did not get U&D.; If that was a par, I managed the save.

I keep score this way on my score card

fairway hit
greens on regulation
putts
up and down

The up and down to me is one of the important stat next to putt per round.

Everytime I need to get up and down to save par, make birdie or even to save boogie I record the attempt with a 1 and circle the number if I can up and down and record saves with the attempts per round.


This will give you an overview of what you need to practice. for me its up and downs and putts

i use 2 lines on the scorecard...top box includes:
Center of box: strokes for the hole
Top right: putts
Bottom Left: dot for a  GIR
Bottom Right: dot for up/down
Top left: sand save

bottom box:
split the box into three so that it looks like this  [ V ], if it's in the middle fairway put it dot in the V, if left, put it to the left, and vice versa.

that, and i use my gps on my phone to keep drive yardage.

I use the ClubSG iPhone app.  I only enter score, fairways, and putts.

I use the Scorecard app on the Iphone...takes literally 10 seconds to record the hole info.  You adjust score if you don't make par...X the fairway box...number of putts (default is 2)...putt length...if you don't hit the green you check u/d or ss and your done.   The stats are eye opening and useful.

I don't write down anything but score when I'm playing, but I remember the round and write detailed notes of every shot when I get home.
