Did you see the one episode were Donald was going off on how good he was?  That same episode Hank was analyzing his game and was decently impressed with his swing but not his stroke.  Donald however thinks hes the best putter off all time and will NEVER listen to anyone.  He would bring in viewers and already has a relationship with TGC so ya never know!

One of Haney's teaching pros was on one of the local radio golf talk shows this am.  According to him, the next season of the Haney project will be a "foursome"

Michael Phelps, Bill Murray, or Tim Tebow

Hank has had plenty of time to consider what he would have done differently.

Mike W. God knows he needs something... after that elbow surgery he has really fallen off the map and likely losing his card. Wonder if a show with Hank would help?

I agree MJ or Justin Timberlake would be great choices, if nothing else than for the ratings situation.  I watched all the first season, but I really didn't watch much of the last two because I could care less about Ray Romano and Rush Limbaugh.  I definitely want to see another athlete on the show.  If it ends up being more than one person on the next season, that could be interesting as well.

Kanye West would be "thinking outside the box" and awesome.  And Kanye already has the golf wardrobe.  In the "rap star" genre also would be entertaining to see 50 Cent, or some other hip-hop star.  The cultural dynamic would be cool.

Dubya or Clinton would be entertaining.  They both seem like guys you would want to drink a beer with.

Bill Murray - One of my all-time favorite actors.

An athlete that has never picked up the club - Lebron, Kobe, Adrian Peterson, etc.

    • Day 36: back to some mirror work tonight. Need a bit more forearm roll in my feels to help with the shallowing.
    • _sigh_ so close to red text.  Went away for three days, but didn't do a practice morning-of-departure (Friday) nor evening-of-return (Sunday), so I had three misses, back to day one. Day 1, May 4 2026.  At home today, spent nearly an hour in my practice room, hitting about three dozen practice balls, primarily with my 6-iron.
    • Day 254 5-4 Arms off chest in backswing and downswing. Short swing, pause and then hit.  Hit foam balls. Keeping arching of wrist a focus as well.
    • I would think of it in terms of time. The time it takes to get the arm angle into a good position to deliver the club with proper shaft lean. Another component is rotation, but that is also a matter of timing. It relates to how the body stalls to give the golfer time to hit the ball. If you have to get 80+ degrees out of that right elbow in one third of a second versus 50 degrees in the same time then you have to steal time from somewhere. It is usually body rotation. That does not help with shaft lean.  I agree in that amateurs tend to make the swing more complicated than pro golfers.
    • I haven't been able to practice like I wanted and won't for the next week.  1. The weather sucks in Ohio this year. I have been mostly inside hitting foam balls. Just kind of my basic stuff.  2. I woke up last Saturday with a left side rib muscle on fire. If I turned or leaned a certain way it would spasm that almost buckled my knees. I have been taking a break to let that settle. I don't want to get a long term injury. I think I pinched a nerve or just aggravated a muscles.   3. I am going on a mini-vacation to Florida (screw you Ohio weather) with a friend, and rolling that into a work conference I have next week. I will be with out my clubs for a week.  I will be back next in two Fridays to hit the ground running with some warmer temps and better weather in Ohio, hopefully. I would really like to get more out on the course and the range.
