Just got ranked the #44 public course in the nation. If you are in or around Dallas I highly recommend, but I am biased since its my home course.

Since I've been living in Asia, I've had no club membership

However, my last membership was at this club in England:

It’s one of the areas best known golf courses and is an undulating par 71 course set in 262 acres of magnificent countryside.

In the bag...

My home course is Bartley Cavanaugh, a course here in southern Sacramento. It's a links-style course, and its back nine is stunningly beautiful. It also has one of those island greens, although it's insultingly short - the white tees are set at something like 65 yards.

For the (somewhat limited) time I still live around UC Davis, my course is http://davisgolfcourse.com . The course closest my family's house is http://basslakegolfcourse.com .

I wish I played more than I do.

    • +12 47, and never lost a ball or had a penalty. Got the snap hooks off the tee for the first 3 holes. So, playing the punch out game. Probably had like 20 putts. Bad short game day. The greens were weirdly firm but slow. I just don’t get spin out of the rough. I had a SW, with good height hit middle half of the green and end up almost off the back of the green. I know what I was doing with the full swing. Bad habits creeping in.
    • 9 years and counting. Lil chipped paint here and there but still going strong. Also have an 18 deg driving iron that I got a couple of years ago which is doing well too. @iacastried it and I think he liked it.
    • For PING to assemble and ship it? It's a 3H. Yea, the new club has more loft. How do you like that, 2H?
    • Then go on gitchu a brand spanking new 2H son.. what are you waiting for?
    • I may not always hit a good shot but I always make sure the pre-shot routine is done.
