no not in those swings but, thats from me working on not doing it.  I agree with the ball position with the driver there.  I was doing a drill trying to not rotate the hips much there to keep them in flexion on the face on driver so I wouldn't EE as bad.

Rotate the hips while keeping them forward. It's when they sway or slide back a little that you start to add in too much extension. Consider it as the amount of extension of the right hip and whether that joint goes "straight line" (from the right thigh up your tummy) or maintains a little bit of an angle there (still bent forward a little bit over that right hip).

Not a super expert here, but one thing that strikes me in the FO view is that you stay nice and steady to about A2.5 and then collapse a touch into a bit of a reverse pivot, with you hips drifting away from the target a tad and your head drifting towards it a bit.  Will let others assess the relative importance of this to any issues you might be having, which seem like they can't be too many with a 0 index :-)

Not sure if this is the problem, but I know that if I try and upload at work, without wifi, then it's bad quality, but when I don't at home with wifi, I can upload in HD.

It's HD. The first processing run-through is often limited to 480p or something. Then a few minutes later the HD versions appear.

I agree with what @mdl had to say.
