The Zombie Sonics are probably my second favorite team. I'll be rooting for them if the Heat win the East, and against them if the Celtics win.

It's a shame the Sonics are no longer. I've got some rookie cards with Durant in the Sonics jersey. Wish Durant would have stayed at UT a year or two longer, but grateful we had him for a season. Mavs fan first, then OKC, followed by Celtics Lakers, Heat, San Antonio and Rockets least favorites

Ah, a fellow Bill Simmons reader.  I just feel bad for Seattle.

I am rooting for the Heat to meet them in the finals, then will just be rooting for a great series.  Heck, even if Boston wins tonight I am rooting for a great series - even though I am a Lakers fan.

Go Thunder!

...I'm a Oklahoma resident, so I hope OKC win, but... man, I *do* feel bad for Seattle.  It just sucks to have your team moved - not much worse as a sports fan.

LeBron is insane. I don't see how anyone can hate the guy. He's a juggernaut.

I am rooting for the Heat.

I think that is exactly right.  I was on that bandwagon as well.  But that was a couple of years ago now, and he has basically admitted it was a mistake to go about it in the way he did.  And outside of that one summer, he has done virtually nothing wrong.  He works hard, he's the most talented, he's not a thug or a criminal, so its interesting that people still hate him so much.

I have to say that I am pulling for OKC but  I would not be upset if they lost since I am a Mavs fan.

I just hope we have a good competitive  Finals.

Agree completely.

Though I would say, even if what he said was a mistake, not a reason to hate on him.

Been a heat fan since 2003, also love the home town celtics, nothing better than watching dwade in attack mode. Never was much of a lebron fan till he came to Miami same goes or bosh but I wana see wade get a few more rings. I have a condo down jus outside of west palm beach but live in rhode island, may go to a finals game.

Would put money on the Heat taking the series in 6. I really think LeBron has reached his happy place and can go into beast mode and conquer the tough moments that used cripple him.

That said, THUNDER UP!

Except he's going up against probably the only other player in the league that can match him shot for shot, drive for drive. I've got the Thunder in 6. LeBron/Durant is pretty much a wash, same with Wade/Harden, but the Heat don't really have an answer for Westbrook and I think Ibaka and Perk can hold Bosh in check. I think just the fact that the Celtics (who were giving significant minutes to Ryan Hollins, Greg "The Stiemsroller" Stiemsma, Marquis Daniels, and Keyon Dooling) took the Heat to 7 says something about their team past LeBron and Wade. And yes, I'm still bitter about what I think the Celtics could have done without the injuries to Jeff Green, Avery Bradley (who would have played shut down defense on Wade and whose future I'm very excited about), Chris Wilcox, and (gulp) Jermaine O'Neal (though it's no surprised he got injured). ;-)

Durant is good no doubt - but not on the same level.
