Bracket is complete. Can't wait for my pro v1s lol. Good luck to everyone. I've got Colsertes bringing home the gold, he is a match play stud.

Rymo is the True Linkswear staff player - and I believe a minority owner in the company?  Anywho, last year when he won the JT Shriners Open, they had a huge sale to celebrate.  Drew is saying he hopes my pick (Rymo) is right as they will most likely have another sale on their shoes (the Protos are the bomb).

Who sells them? I can't find them on TGW or at any golf shop around my house.  Are they internet only?

I picked Thorbjorn Olesen to make a decent run just because I want to hear the announcers say his name a bunch of time this weekend. Rory and IJP in the final Rory on top for it all.

Exactly!  I think the trend (maybe not a trend yet) started with Ernie Els and Callaway at the British Open last year.

Everybody who's anybody on here (iacas, Beach, mvmac, Tristan, etc, etc, etc) seems to have Trues and raves about them.  I want some!  They're a bit expensive.  And I don't technically "need" new shoes right now.  So if Rymo can win one of these days, and they put them back on sale, I'm gonna start sitting at the "cool kids" table with my new kicks!

Of course, I'm tempting karma cuz I picked Charl Scwartzel (over Thorbjorn Olesen) to win it all.  But I want new shoes more than I need new balls, so go Rymo!  :)  (Besides, Beach plays Penta anyway, so he's going to give me his ProV1's cuz he's that kind of guy:))

Go here to make your picks http://games.golfweek.com/bracket.asp?ID=7 On the right hand side you'll see this, I put my full name "Mike Mc Loughlin" into where it says "First Name" and for my "Last Name" I put in my avatar.  You can put your avatar twice or like I did.

:sigh: ... it appears I don't read good. I put my real name with no reference to my user name, other than the similarities. Here's my picks. http://games.golfweek.com/bracket.asp?ID=7&Bracket;=26877

    • Day 35, June 8. Before leaving for work this morning (yes, I'm posting this quite late relative to the practice), I spent 15 minutes practicing at home, into a net.  This time, it was primarily 9-iron (full swings), with some UW (full and half) and a few 6-iron.
    • Day 73: just some mirror work today. Working on feels for being open and getting the front shoulder down.
    • I'm liking this. Finally getting down hands in front of my trail leg pocket consistently at A6 with much better clubhead position (relatively not as tipped out). I can really pressure the shaft through impact with good face control  from this position and stay in balance. Won my first one v one march 5&4 against a 4 hcp who routinely drives it 35-40 yards past me in the men's club match play . Frustrated him with some solid iron play and air tight putting.
    • Day 279 6-8  Worked on low point control skills work tonight. will be doing this for a few weeks. Tonight was just trying figure out how to get low point forward.  No ball.
    • Day 8 (Jun 8 26) - Stayed the drill but added two additional irons (7i, 8i and 9i) - using Divot Board and hard foam balls - focused on tempo and purposed pause at the top….noticing how open the club is marking the board when I try to kill it and how much more square (and better distance) when I focus on these keys.
