Rory is going to need a hip replacement before he's 40 if he doesn't do something about that hip stall thing he does through impact. I cant say whats going on with Day. His swing doesn't seem to be as violent as Rory's is.
This business marriage isn't off to a great start with Rory's health woes. He's too young to be having the problems he's having. I hope he can get things turned around and perhaps make some minor changes to promote some longevity in his career.
Maybe to change the subject a little, while me and my buddies were enjoying a beer after our round and watching her play...We all thought that she had a really aggressive swing that looked like it was putting a lot of pressure on her back. I would be interested to know what a pro thinks about her swing. Obviously she is awesome at playing, but is that swing sustainable when she gets older? I know as I have gotten older, I personally have had to dial down my swing a bit so I don't have back and shoulder issues. I watch some of these players nowadays and I can't help but think of Tiger and his back, knee, problems. When I was watching In Gee Chun swing, it looked effortless. If I was to compare swings, I would say Chun's looked more sustainable and "pretty." Of course I am just an amateur...but just curious to what a pro would think?
