It really is a simple fix. If you want I can post a video that would help with this. Gotta keep the wrist flat when turning the wrench.. and no over the top action..

First off, you definitely have to shut off the main.  Then you will need to drain as much water from the system as possible.  Open up any fixtures on lower floor levels?? The below pic is of

For all intents and purposes, playing for the conference championship this Friday. We will have several games left after this, but if we win we'll be able to coast into the playoffs. Starting to get excited!

I don't know but I would hope so. I can't even imagine the feeling of being arrested and jailed for something I didn't do. Chances are pretty good that I would get additional charges for not exactly being a model prisoner.

Feeling like crap and pissed off right now. I had planned on going muskie fishing this afternoon. Perfect day for it to. This morning I was doing some work in my garage when my lower back spasmed. It hurt so bad, I was scared to move. Fortunately my wife is good friends with a massage therapist. She came over and gave me some relief. Said I have to take it easy for awhile. Not to happy about this. :(

Could be a reason why your having spasm's in your back. I would at least consult a back specialist to make sure there's nothing serious going on. Hope you feel better soon...I know about back pain... :-(

The massage therapist said that even mental stress can cause back problems. She said reaching for the board (how the spasm occurred) was probably just the straw that broke the camels back.
