I'm going to start by saying how much I appreciate this forum. There are a ton of good golfers here who are passionate about the sport. The majority of every single one of you is a great helpful gentleman when it comes to helping newcomers learn the sport.

But I must also chastise a small few of you who are incredibly negative. Again, it's only a small few, but there's no need for negativity and anger on this web site. I wouldn't waste my time posting lies or joking around on this site -- I'd rather be out practicing my golf game like most of you

In the future please don't leave your two cents if it's unproductive and negative. For the large majority of you guys, again, I want to say thanks for all your helpful advice and friendship on the site.

Most golfers I know boast a little and exaggerate now and again. However, you've got to expect a bit of flack when you come out with such blatant BS? Anyway, enjoy your golf............whether you hit a 3 Wood 200 yards or 300 yards the main thing is to be out there hitting balls, breathing fresh air and enjoying the company of your golf buddies.

You are going to continue with this charade of being to hit a 3 wood further than folks like Mickelson or Stricker can hit their driver?

Hey, at this point man, you're reaping what you've sowed. Don't want the disbelievers? Stop posting unbelievable things.

In a round-about way the rude people are trying to help you (not be unproductive), yes - but in a negative/angry way.

Golf is about honesty, and integrity. Making statements like you do, does not display these two traits. Some people have a respect for the game, and I believe it's disrespectful to lie, and it is an insult to the culture of the game. It will be difficult to convince people you are not lying. I suggest you come clean, & tell the truth and we will have happy to have a conversation with you.

In my case, substitute

impossible for difficult and we'll be on the same sheet of music. To the best of my recollection this is my first post about "GITrDONE" and to the best of my recollection I have never replied to a post from "GITrDONE" and have not replied to any thread started by "GITrDONE", although I guess it's possible I have. That being said, this will be my LAST post about or IRT any "GITrDONE" thread or post. It's simply a total waste of time reading the stuff "GITrDONE" posts and would be a bigger waste of time trying to reply to the absurd statements that "GITrDONE" originates.

I'd just kinda like to see a photo of you to see how you compare to Tiger.

If you can do all the things you state, you should post up a swing video to help all of us weaklings.

I agree, I think he obviously starts a lot of threads that are tongue and cheek, you obviously can't get too ticked off by it.

I have a little more muscle than Tiger. Basically the same body type however -- tall and lean but with substantial muscle.

Tiger and I were also both 150-160 lbs previously but have adopted better diet and conditioning in order to gain strength, stamina, flexibility, etc. These traits are crucial on the golf course. Everyone gets this now, but keep in mind that 10-20 years ago guys weren't working out in gyms. They feared muscle would inhibit things like flexibility. Anyway, back to your original point... I may post a photo or videos at some point on the site. May blur the face out, but I would put 'GitRDone -- thesandtrap' somewhere and have it show up in the photo/video to prove authenticity.

According to him he hasn't played for five years. He just picked up the club and suddenly has more talent than Nelson, Hogan, Snead, and Nicklaus combined.

Not yet I don't plan on rushing things. I have just started playing and have a lot I want to accomplish in this my first year playing. My primary focus currently is consistency and perfecting mechanics. Physically I am in roughly the same physical shape as Tiger Woods (categories include: strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, cardiovascular).

But your imagination is much better thn Tiger's
