Hahahaha I was laughing so hard when they were all hug-jumping together in the box like a bunch of schoolgirls who just met Justin Beaver.

Actually, it was funnier than that, because they weren't really all together.  Jones and the other guy were celebrating and Christie was like the third wheel trying to join in.

Oh, and the other memes are hilarious too. :)

And I don't think even the refs can help them now . . .

Dick LeBeau, age 77, is one of the all-time great NFL defensive coordinators and a Hall of Fame defensive back. Personally, I think the Steelers are making a mistake letting him retire. The offense had players in their prime like Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown, and Le'Veon Bell, while the defense had aging stars Troy Polamaleu (33), James Harrison (36), and Ike Taylor (34). The Steeler defense finally started playing good ball with an infusion of no name players the last half of the season, and in my opinion, that was due to the coaching skills of LeBeau.

LeBeau has been active in the National Football League for 56 consecutive seasons–14 as a player with the Detroit Lions and 42 as a coach. During his tenure with the Steelers, LeBeau’s defense ranked No. 1 overall in the league five times and in the top five 10 times. LeBeau is beloved among his players, many of whom refer to him as "Coach Dad."

As a player LeBeau is widely considered to be one of the greatest defensive backs in Detroit history. He recorded 62 interceptions for 762 yards and three touchdowns. His 62 interceptions are the most by a player in Lions' history, and he is tied for seventh all-time in NFL history. Personally, I saw him play with NFL Hall of Famer's Dick "Night Train" Lane, Joe Schmidt, and Yale Larry. Another teammate that I saw was Alex Karas, who was considered a sure lock for the HOF, except that he was suspended from the league in 1963 for gambling along with Paul Hornung.

As you can tell, I am a HUGE Dick Le Beau fan. It wouldn't surprise me to see him coaching next year at age 78.

I don't.

Also, he's not "being allowed to retire," either. The Steelers don't want him anymore, and they mutually agreed to part ways.

The offense had players in their prime like Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown, and Le'Veon Bell, while the defense had aging stars Troy Polamaleu (33), James Harrison (36), and Ike Taylor (34). The D has been bad for awhile now. Why were younger players sat in favor of older players? Why was the secondary SO bad? Why were players utilized wrong? Why wasn't much pressure put on Flacco? Why did the D give up SO MANY long, clock-munching drives that resulted in TDs?

As you can tell, I am a HUGE Dick Le Beau fan. It wouldn't surprise me to see him coaching next year at age 78.

You are. Out with the old. In this case, literally…

Younger generations seldom give enough credibility to us "old farts."  I was the same way when I was young. But, as you grow older, you try to hang on as best you can.

There have been numerous old age stories of success that supersede the doubts of our youth.

• Harlan David Sanders, well known as Colonel Sanders, was 65 years old when he started Kentucky Fried Chicken.

• Ray Kroc was a 52 year old milk shake machine salesman. One day he happened on a hamburger stand in San Bernandino, California and instead of selling the McDonald brothers his machine, he bought the business the rest is one of the greatest success stories. Ray Kroc became a pioneer in the fast food industry.

• Laura Ingalls Wilder was 65 years old when she started writing the Little House on the Prarie series.

• Wallace Stevens won a Pulitzer Prize for his “Collected Poems” he wrote. He was 76 years old.

•Grandma Moses began painting at age 75.

• Since this thread is about the NFL, you can't forget the noted career of George Blanda, who retired at age 48. His victorious feats for the Houston Oilers and Oakland Raiders at a relatively old age were legendary.

I could go on, but since this thread is about NFL football, I need to start making some chili for today's playoff games. :-D

Oh I noticed.  I do believe some refs are biased. Its not like they aren't human.  Maybe the line judge(I think thats who flagged Harbaugh) was hearing stuff from him all game and was sick of it.  I didn't think it should have been a penalty.  The refs made the mistake and he was pissed.  They should have won the game anyway.  That last pass Flacco threw was terrible.  There was a ton of time left and he forced a throw to Smith really for no reason.

The refs were informed. As far as I can tell, the Patriots aren't obligated to inform the Ravens, the refs are.

I don't think he was blaming the pats he was blaming the refs for not telling him.

The "Belicheat" jab would suggest otherwise.
