worst week ever for me. five missed cuts, and the remaining players are nowhere near the lead, although day may have an outside shot.

the thing about this yahoo format is, you can't gain ground easily, but you can lose ground real quick.

worster week ever for me. six missed cuts, but it seems at least i'm not alone this time.

sometimes it seems like if the pros don't get perfect conditions, they struggle mightily, whether on purpose i think sometimes they just don't like playing in crappy weather, and say the heck with it (except rory of course lol).

I think they only good thing about this week is the fact that the majority is having a bad week...

I have Casey in. The rest of my picks are pretty much crap.

Luckily I had a golfer to fill in every slot after the cut, however none of my golfers made it in the top 20....it was a pretty piss poor week but not so bad considering I actually moved up a slot into the TST Top 10

I started the day looking pretty good with Moore, Spieth, and Kuchar but finished up a little disappointed.

Yeah, if only Kuchar could have had a better round. I had 1st, 2nd, and 4th place finishers. Can't complain about that at all.

I've been movin on up like George and Weezy. Just passed @Club Rat . If Stenson could have pulled out a W, that would have been 2 weeks with a winner on my team. Too bad I had JB playing Thurs. and Fri. or I would have cleaned up.

Is there any way we can jump in for the Spring/Summer segment? I always miss out on Fantasy Golf since the season doesnt align with the calendar year.

Thanks @Club Rat I'll see what I can do...typically, my Winter segment is my worse one, so I am hoping to keep improving. Always impressed with how well so many in TST group do in this league. Good luck to all.

    • They sure do. 158 with an 8 iron is on the high end for me
    • Went back to controlling my knees. That part was getting a bit sloppy when I worked on my backswing. Right hip didn't slide or gain internal rotation. I would just rotate back and around and the left knee would be in a bad spot. Really focusing now on keeping my left knee very stable and straighter in the backswing. I can't go back to the old pattern of overturning the hips. I was returning to my old pattern to time my downswing. Turn forever.  Left knee controls both knees and hips, acting as an anchor. Feel like it straightens a bit.   Hinge sooner and faster. Not in a way that sends the hands out and flips the club over. I still noticed when the hands get to A2.5, the hands would want to flip over and flatten the club out a ton.  Still trying to figure out how to roll the forearms a bit open and not just roll the club inside a ton.  Figure out the timing to get the hands down. Still getting a bit of right elbow collapsing in the downswing because the arms are too high when I turn. Everything is happening sooner now. If the hips are controlled, the backswing is shortened. Because it is shortened I don't know when to get the hands down and I just turn because the downswing is a go.  Very slow (50%) swings are decent.
    • Distances look fine, no?
    • Day 207-12 Wider backswing and arm reconnecting in downswing. Did a much better job with proper wrist movements through downswing today.
    • Trackman place today. I broke my tripod so could only film by hand the video the venue’s cameras generated. This is an 8 iron. Amazing how odd this feels relative to how it looks. Not similar!
