BodiTrak shows 95% at the top of the swing. That's a lot, I think, right?

And gets 77% to his left side by impact, and he does that with a very steady head.    Now where have I heard that recommended before?

Probably not really too bothersome because it's the driver. He does get a lot of spine tilt at impact with his driver. He's really trying to hit up a lot on the ball.

I have heard people with a lot of width in the swing have very opposite polar weight distribution at top and impact - all without any significant 'sway' in either direction.

    • Day 556 - 2026-04-10 Played another 17 holes, this time skipping #11 to pass a group that was still on 14 when we were finishing up. 😛 Not as good as yesterday, but more distracted by the mind's eye.
    • Yes, you've gone on about it for like 20 years now. 😉
    • I really do find the masters stuffed shirts to be insufferable. Or is it instufferable?
    • I'm hearing this morning that Robert MacIntyre may be facing some sort of discipline (probably a stern warning) for the finger incident on 15 yesterday.  It dawns on me his upbringing would have been during Tiger's prime years -- he's 29 now, and would have been in elementary school in the early 21st century.  Someone should tell him that the swearing wasn't what made Tiger great at golf.   Or John Daly (or Don January?) or whoever else we associate with both being good at golf and producing choice words on television.
