I just started, i shot 50 over.

I went out and played a local links course. Putted pretty good.(They had fast greens ). I shot 83 wasn't to bad. 1 Birdie.

Final winter conditions week on my course, Par 71 playing off winter tees.
best score on normal course conditions 82 ( 16 handicap)
yesterday shot a pretty solid 78, breaking 80 for the first time ever.
celebrated with much coffee in clubhouse ( bar not open boooo!)

70% Fairways Hit! never seen a number that high... only thing is I think I may have lost a few metres on my old XXIO.
Short game killed me... 4 sand shots... on one hole! (protected green).
Comp on Sat... hopefully I can break 90!

Shot 48+40 88. That back nine was how I want to play golf -- hitting greens in reg and 2-putting with the occasional birdie.

39 today. Putting was great. Had 14 putts including one from 40 feet and another from 20.

shot 3 over the front nine on the local muni course.... should have been better considering there isnt a par 4 over 400 on the course! I need to learn how to be patient on days where the course is full of slow groups....

Personal best 85. Finished just before dark. You maybe could have got one more hole in.

36 in our first weekly match. 12 guys, 80 degrees, a pissed wife…..priceless! Another solid day driving the ball but was tugging my approach shots a bit (nothing too bad). Won the blind partner draw and 1 of 3 skins for a cool 50 bucks.

A quick 9 this evening - 36 level par. Not too bad. Missed from 3 foot for birdie on 1st and didn't get up and down on 3rd for par.

FW - 3/7
GIR - 8/9
Putts - 17

But the real issue is that on 7 of the 9 holes (ie all the 4's and 5's) I had a wedge or less and only made 1 birdie. I need to up that percentage.

First regional competition of the year tomorrow, should be good!
