After a couple of "why bother" rounds plagued by atrocious play with the long clubs, I finally started to turn things around today. It was only a 95 on the card, but I definitely know that my game is showing progress.

Shot a 80 this afternoon, 41 out, 39 in. I only hit 8 fairways and 2(two)(dos) greens in regulation! Yes, I will repeat again, only 2! My irons were beyond terrible. But fortunately my putting as been almost perfect. Today I only needed 23 putts which was amazing and by far my best putting ever.

Played Front nine and shot 43 (+8). Bogey golf all day. Just can not get off the tee as well as i would like, leaving long shots into greens.

They say golf is like life, but don't believe them. Golf is more complicated than that.

51 in the front 9 (par 37)

much better than a few days ago, could not sink any long puts so I had far too many double bogeys that should have been bogeys. No 3 puts though so that was good

Played yesterday and shot an 84. My best round to date had been a 93. I played Par and Bogey golf all day except for 3 holes that were +3, +3, +2. Everything else was par or bogey. I'm pumped to get back out there again. Pretty pumped for not even playing for a year

81 from the tips at Clovelly (71.9/127). 64% fairways, 50% GIR, 35 putts. Kicked off the second nine with five straight pars and found myself thinking about that first round in the 70s. Finished with four straight bogeys to make sure it didn't happen today.

Stretch.

    • I don't think the coupon code SPINAXIS will save you 5% on the discounted version 3s, but it's worth a shot. I'll also note that we do not get an affiliate revenue from this - we specifically had them turn that off for us. So I'm not recommending it because I'll make even a dollar if you do buy. 017: Wrist Angles and Feedback with HackMotion | The Spin Axis Podcast - Golf Coaches Discuss Instruction Modern Techniques and Technology That said… I recommend the HackMotion with the mid-level package if you are at all interested in working on this part of the golf swing. (The mid-level package also gives you putting — Core, Plus, and Pro are the levels). I have a bunch of 3.0 sensors that will be deactivated here soon, and my 3.0s will be "deactivated" when my 4.0s arrive. So, I wonder if I can sell one of the 3.0 to you inexpensively and if you can just activate some level of software at a discount (since they won't have to send you any hardware, pay for shipping, etc.). I used a HackMotion today in a lesson, in fact, and on myself only recently.
