Surprisingly nothing, and I walk 18+ holes often, I'm tired and ready for the couch, but never sore.

I'm guessing that won't last.

I'm usually not sore after a round but yesterday I went to the range to work specifically on driver distance.  I hit a large bucket, maybe 20 9irons and 80 drivers.  About 40 of those drivers were swinging as hard as I could.  Today my arms and shoulders are a bit sore - nothing terrible but I'm thinking I need to work on relaxing my arms when I try to swing hard.  My results were not awesome and I felt like I was overswinging . .but I couldn't really help it.  Today I'm going back and still hit 80 drivers but really try to keep my arms from tensing up.

It's the knees for me. Depends where I have played to how sore they are. But its only because I have bad knees. 3 dislocations over the last 10 years.

Noticed almost immediately after a round:  elbow ligaments, left arm.  Probably be I squeeze the club with left hand.  Bad habit, no doubt.

After a nice 18-hole round on a warm summer Sunday, the wife and I will usually hit an outdoor eatery for dinner.  It's after dinner and a couple of pints that the real misery finds me.  Ankles, knees and hips all feel it after sitting for an hour or more after the round.

That part always goes away quickly because it's the resting of muscles and joints that tighten up.  It's the elbow ligament pains that worry me.

Generally sore all over when I play first time after winter break

nothing that prevents me from golfing again   The only really serious injury from golfing are:

i used to have this golfers elbow right arm  now it's better with changing my right arm grip

i also use to have a sore left hand too. Adjusted my left hand grip so it's stronger and I can hinge better in the proper position and it's better now

When I ride, nothing hurts.  When I walk, my feet can be a little tired.  Last round my hips hurt a little since it was the first walking round in a long time.  During the hot months, I always ride.
