Next month headed to Dominican Republic for 20th anniversary and will play Punta Espada while I’m there. Looks nice

Nice!

My next trip might be to Wisconsin, but I may also sneak something in before then.

I played there on my honeymoon in 2017, great course. multiple holes alongside/over the ocean and some holes play different depending on what the tide is when you play.

For early October we are booked and headed again to Kapalua.....who has just announced they will be closing for 60 days because of water shortage. So, our next golf trip will likely be Hawaii Island and while I love Hualalai, maybe a decade ago we did Mauna Lani South North South three days that we loved. So, we are working now to cancel Maui and Book Big Isle. We played all the Kohala courses and love them but Mauna Lani for some reason we loved both courses.

Enjoy!

Only able to play the North course.  I've played the South before, and really wanted to play it this time but it will be closed for the time we're there.  Going for a work meeting and staying at the Torrey Pines Resort, so timing and location both play a role.

We enjoyed Michigan so much last year so going back for a fall buddies trip to Traverse City next weekend. Line up:

El Dorado in Cadillac on the drive out from DTW to TC. Then A-Ga-Ming (Sundance), Arcadia Bluffs (Bluffs) in TC area and finally Shepherd's Hollow back in Detroit area to top it off before our flight back home.

Sounds like a great trip.   How far in advance did you schedule Arcadia Bluffs?

I am trying to get down to Columbus to play the Scarlet Course this year.

Next trip is going to probably be down to Pinehurst next spring. Looking forward to going back. Southern Pines is going to be on the agenda. 😇

My next golf trip will probably be a short one, but I’m really looking forward to it. I’m thinking of staying relatively close, picking a spot with a few solid courses and making a long weekend out of it. For me, the best golf trips are about good courses, relaxed vibes, and time away with friends.

I have a couple of trips planned, although golf was a secondary component in each.  In February we're going to visit some friends near Naples, so Mary Anne and I have added on a few days to stay and play at Streamsong.  Then In March we're going to Hawaii (again), and will almost certainly get in a few rounds there.
