Played Atlantis today in Lake Worth. Was honking about 20 mph all day. So grateful I was golfing and not picking up debris. The course was in great shape too!

It was pretty windy up here too. It would be a typical spring or fall wind for Ohio, but it was definitely blowing harder than I've experienced since moving down here. There were a few trees down on the course. One landed on the 7th green and tore it up a little.

I was in Disney World last week with the family. They closed the parks early on Thursday and all day Friday. Once the curfew was lifted Friday afternoon, they opened Disney Springs up so people could get out of their resorts for a bit.

They got a lot of rain and wind, and some trees came down. Nothing too crazy there. There was a lot of damage along I95, down trees, busted billboards, and some debris on the road.

There were a lot of power outages in GA, SC, and NC that I saw. Lots of flooding in NC. Had to get off 95 twice and drive through local towns. It was dark but you can tell the flooding was pretty bad.

I wish I had known you were in town. We could have met up for dinner. Hope you had a good time.

We got pretty lucky actually. They canceled the Halloween Party on Thursday which we decided to do on Tuesday months ago when we were planning everything and we ended up finding a room for an extra night because I didn't want to drive into the storm on the way home so we didn't even miss any park days in the end. Kids had a great time!

I thought about shooting you a message but I had no time this trip. We came down with another family so we were busy all week. I didn't get to golf :~(

Next time I go back I'm bringing the clubs and we'll get together.

No worries. It would be awesome to have you down. It would be nice to have a meetup in the spring for all you northerners who want to escape the ice and snow.

Sorry the weather sucked. Too bad you didn't come this week. It's absolutely gorgeous here.
