11/14 - COLD outside. Putting 6-8' with focus on bead.

Thanks. She's 14 now. I took her to the cemetery and let her drive the Smart car. I figured anybody she could hit would already be dead. She's been driving carts so long it was totally fine.

Walked 18 today. 17 actually. I got tired of following the "date golfers" and put down a bogey on 18. Shot +10 with no doubles.  P.s. Forgot my Game Golf at home.

Firstly, Low point control is controlling the low point of the swing so that it is in front of the ball's position (while at address) so that you will have a descending blow on the back of the ball.

11/14: Practice my piece after some so-so play yesterday. Face was slamming down when I felt I made a better backswing.

An odd cloudy day in central FL. Did some slow swings. Feels... pushing left arm away in backswing. Left hip back and up in downswing. Going easy. Back is very sore from playing yesterday.

20 min of swings. Sklz, driver and finally five minutes with 7 iron. Stop at the top, turn and swing from the inside out. Some over the top in practive, yet it translates pretty well to the driver. Sklz to  7 iron does not translate well at all. Feel like no whip on seven iron, can't seem to get motion to work

Like Carl, I have a sore back after 18 holes. Think that I was swinging too hard.

11/15 - 10ft putts with focus on bead & speed x 20 mins. I play tomorrow morning.

20 min. Alt Sklz gold and driver and can feel if I am swinging from inside. Decent control albeit some unbalance and lack of follow thru. For last five minutes, swap out driver for 7 iron. Complete discoordination. 7 iron won't whip thru and can't hit ground on swing thru (maybe better as the 7 iron may trash wood floor thru carpet). Need to work getting iron to go inside out.

Started practicing my full swing and just couldn't get into it and had too big of an urge to tinker, so I switched gears and just did chipping practice for about 20 minutes.

11/16 - kettle bell swings for balanced weight shift reinforcement this morning for a few minutes.

Playing this morning. Will work on tempo and balance weight shift

11/16- pulled my back out a week or so ago doing gardening! On the mend now, so I've reviewed my latest video back from instructor, and continued the same drills. Flat left wrist and notebook today.

11/16: Mirror work today. I may never get over how bizarre and extreme things have to feel to produce the right mechanics. ;-) (And yes, I bear this in mind when giving instruction.)

11/16 - played 18 today. Shot an 85 with 3 three-putt bogeys :cry:made some great pitches though

Set up the net and hit balls into it. Why is it that my swing is much better hitting into a net? Need to ponder this.

20 min alt. Sklz and driver. Putt a hat under my right arm to try to keep from coming over the top. Felt really weird, with right arm stuck to my side and not fully extended. More turn in the swing but I continued to come over the top on a few swings.

when I switched to 7 iron, used same excerci se with hat under right arm and slowed swing down so that club brushed carpet. A bit better feel and club did not seem to flail as much
